Nagano Estate is operated by Aurant Technologies ("we", "us"). This page describes the personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after it.
Data we collect
- Name, email, phone, country of residence (inquiry form)
- IP address and user agent (anti-abuse, 30 days only)
- Inquiry content and the property identifier you were viewing
Why we process it
To reply to your inquiry, prepare due-diligence materials, and meet our legal obligations under the Real Estate Brokerage Act and the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds (犯収法).
Retention
- Inquiry content: 24 months from receipt (then anonymised, not deleted, to preserve the 5-year brokerage ledger)
- IP / User-Agent: 30 days, then masked
- Audit logs: 7 years (犯収法 record-keeping)
Where it lives
Primary storage in Hetzner Nuremberg (EU) under contractual processing terms. Mail delivery via Resend. None of your data is sold to third parties; we have signed DPAs with every processor.

You may request access, correction, or deletion at any time by writing to hello@washitsu-lab.com. We respond within 30 days.
