3. Inquiries and quotes
Replies, valuations, and renovation quotes are non-binding until counter-signed in a separate written agreement. We do not act as a fiduciary in the absence of such an agreement.
4. Intellectual property
Photography and prose on this site are owned by Aurant Technologies or licensed to us. You may quote or share up to one paragraph with attribution.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by Japanese law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from reliance on the site outside a signed engagement.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute is resolved in the Nagano District Court.
